The Doctor's Office

I came to this place twice. Terrible waiting time. Once the receptionist took my details, I had to sit and wait for about 30 minutes before they would call me in. Then they called me to come and sit in another room for about 50 minutes until the dr come and see you. This happened to me two days I went there. Also the doctors aren’t friendly and not welcoming. The first day I went there, the doctor wrote a prescription and throw at me instead of giving it to my hand. It flew and fell on the floor

I walked all the way from YORKDALE STATION (due to closure) with an infected leg and arrived at this "clinic" before 6pm when an older man and woman were leaving. I realized they closed & exclaimed in my frustration, "Are you kidding me?!" and the older woman bluntly replied, "ya" to which the older man, as he's leaving out the door, laughed and said to the woman "I like how you said that! 'ya'." Sad that this is the way you treat members of the public. No wonder you have negative reviews.

I visited this clinic yesterday, the doctor came into room, did not introduce herself, did not say hello, seemed disengaged, asked me what the matter was. When I explained, she said to get it handled in the ER left the room. I called her back in saying I wasn't finished. She said that it was a Saturday and that I should not expect much. She came back into the room and answered my questions but rolled her eyes during the conversation and overall seemed uninterested to help me.

I walked into the clinic today hoping to get a doctor to look at an ear infection I've been suffering with.There were only 3 people waiting to see the doctor but to my surprise after a 30 minute wait I was turned away. Apparently they were allowing people to come back to the clinic with a call from reception.Although the call back option was offered to one person ahead of me,I was not offered this option and was rejected. A notice on the door would have saved my time.Terrible service...

Called ahead to see if they were taking new patients and they said yes. Got there explained that I'm new to the country and I don't have my health insurance yet but I'll pay for anything. They said that wasn't a problem and charged me for the appointment! I explained to the lady that I have a thyroid condition and I need to check it. 20mi later a women told me the doctor is not taking my case,asked why and the rresponse was "she is busy" I said I'll wait or come later and she said "no she can not take you, they will give you your refund outside" and walked me out. "Your health is our priority"?? I highly doubt that!!!
