Stay away from this nail salon. Poor quality work, no customer service and they do not stand by their work.

Worst experience ever in customer service. Very rude and arrogant attitude . Obviously, doesn’t care to lose a frequent customer. Recommended by an ad., I went there many times .. often got my nails cracked 2-3 after the service. Felt guilty every time I asked for repair! There are many places in Oakville who do a better job for some extra dollars. Definitely, I won’t go back. Needless to say I won’t recommend this place to anyone as well.

You get what you pay for. I’ve come to this place more then a few times for a shellac manicure. Peels every single time within the first week. I went back this time to get it fixed and felt guilty for complaining. The esthetician would not even speak to me or look me in the eye. I would not recommend this salon for shellac manicures or pedicures. It’s like their polish is outdated and doesn’t last. There are better salons out there for $5 more. Don’t waste your time and money

I have been getting my nails done for years so I know what to expect. I tried out essence beauty because I seen it on Instagram. But I was extremely disappointed. They seemed to care more about their frequent customers rather than their new customer, me. I showed the nail tech a picture and she did follow it. As well as all my nails were not filed well. Some are crooked, or not filed sharp. I wanted coffin shape. It looked like a stale set on the first day. Definitely will not be coming back.

I travel from Toronto just to go here! Vee (owner) is the absolute best, especially for french tip! All the other ladies are also amazing! The best out there! I am SUPER picky so, TRUST ME, go here!
