always fresh and delicious. Been ordering there for nearly 20 years. Friendly, but they close for a month in July to go back to China They're take out or delivery only.

You get what you pay for.

Meh, the food at this restaurant was okay, but the services and the Atmosphere was average. It's just regular hit-or-miss Chinese restaurant. If you live near it, give it a shot and hope for the best.

It's pretty bland ho hum Canadian chinese food but it's cheap and you get a lot of food for like $10. Can't really think of anything else to say.

Worst take out chinese food for a long, long time

The place looked decidedly poor - the food matched the poorness. The assorted starters of chicken balls, battered shrimp and bbq pork ribs were stodgy, greasy and tough (in that order). The beef in the 'beef and black bean sauce' was rubbery and so chewy that I thought I was eating the rind. The chicken with cashew nuts is better described as onions with a hint of chicken topped off by cashew nuts. The fried rice was good. Otherwise the score would be 1.

The golden leaf is our regular Chinese take-out spot; whenever we get the yen for egg rolls and chow mien, we order the dinner for four special. The food is always quick, its always good, and the portions are fabulous... not to mention, the price really can't be beat!

We always get our takeout from here and it is so...

We always get our takeout from here and it is so fast and delicious. We get the dinner for 4 (so we can have leftovers the next day!)but substitue the chicken balls for the cantonese chicken which is sooooooo good. The rice is great, the ribs are delicious, the house low mein is packed with lots of yummy meat, and the chow mein is also quite good. Portion size cannot be beat!
