As a doctor providing care to a patient of this pharmacy: we had the choice 1) she can ask them to call in a Rx renewal (for which I dont charge BUT THEY CHARGE HER!) or 2) SHE is forced to, book an appointment with me (I charge MOH) TO SIMPLY WRITE OUT A RENEWAL.....her time and my time.I just spent 22 minutes trying to call in a repeat Rx! WHAT..... DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.....talk about double standards.
