Unprofessional Service and Badly Damaged nails

I've had two terrible experiences here.Last time my nails were removed incorrectly which caused a lot of damage to the nail bed. This time the owner somehow made my nails all different lengths and widths, I told her several times during the appointment about the size/shape issue and she said she would fix it at the end.She did not. She then yelled at me, told me I was making a fuss and tried to overcharge me when she had told me a different price during the appt. UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY RUDE!!!

Very bad service, within a week UV gels got broken and when I went back to show them they were so defensive and said you must have done something to your nails and argued so much to fix it terrible service after paying higher price and big tip that's what I got

When asking for the price, they said one price, but then changed it into a higher price at the cashier when paying. They told us a reason that could've have been forewarned in the beginning when we asked. Staff was nice and the job was well done.

I would recommend this place if your looking for a place to relax and get your nails done. Just got my manicure done today. I have to say that my nails turn out amazing, and that the staff was very friendly.

When I asked why they charged $15 extra for my colour they were very rude and defensive and told me to go somewhere else. I am so disgusted with them I can't believe they treat their customers like that. I will never ever go back.
