    Amazing service!

    I must post something because Coulters service was not only truly amazing!! It was $100 cheaper than the competitor. Our septic backed up into the house and not knowing why we decided the first step was to get the septic tank pumped out. They arrived within an hour! The previous company we used for years never told us that their was 2 lids to the septic tank,so they just pumped from the one side leaving the other untouched. Chris from coulter's pointed out that there had to be a second lid. He helped us locate and uncover the other lid which was buried underneath a deck. When he opened the second lid he not only drained that side he also took the time and considerable energy unplugging the drain going into the house from the tank.A truly disgustingand difficult job that any other company would certainly have passed off to a plumber or charged us much much more to do. That not only saved us alot of money but enabled us to use our water, toilets etc.right away. With 2 small kids and 2 adults in the house it would have gotten very nasty very quickly.
