Salesman John sold a discontinued electric wheelchair to an 87 yr old with no discount, and did not disclose that it was a discontinued model months before purchase did not even return phone calls regarding accessibility transport of unit. This place wants your money does not care about customer service. Or your mobility needs. Avoid the salesman wanting commissions. Had to find out from outside sources that is was discontinued and is not transportable in vehicles with person using it?

I called to get my wheelchair brakes adjusted. The agent huffed and said they were very busy this week, it probably won't be until next. I said that I still need an appointment. Again she huffed and again said they are busy. I then hung up in disbelief.
