Keys To Us Designated Driver Service

We hired keys to us for our wedding. We were promised great service with a booth to be set up at our venue end promised additional drivers for any longer drives to avoid a backlog. The manager who arrived was extremely rude and unenthusiastic. There was no booth or table set up with signs. My wedding party had to wait 1.5 hours to get home because there were no drivers. Very expensive for the bad service. I sent a complaint email and was ignored. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

We were attendees of the recent Mayor's Gala 2015 "MY BIG FAT GREEK GALA". What an amazing evening and our safe way home was the perfect way to top it off. It was a black tie event and our Keys to Us designated drivers were also dressed formally in respect of the event. The staff at Keys ran the scheduling inside so professionally, ensuring punctuality. Our driver engaged us with interesting and humorous discussion. A consummate gentleman, he held my umbrella and opened my door. He also pampered our Audi A8 all the way home. Keys to Us delivers a superlative experience in a Gala setting. Kudos and see you again next year!

We absolutely loved working with this company and our driver Shaun!! Like true gentlemen, they helped us into my car. We travelled from Orangeville to Markham, so I was nervous it was really awkward hanging out with a stranger all the way home, hahaha, but it wasn't at all. The drivers arrived on time and with a professional demeanor. My car uses an ignition interlock to start. My Keys to Us driver operated the device flawlessly! I'm happy I chose the best DD service available. Salut!

Used your service a number of times and I've been very satisfied. I'm looking to join the business part time, it seems fun. My girlfriend used to work for a couple of different DD but never Keys to Us. She warned me to never work for Rates DD Service because drivers don't make any money. I think I'll go with a solid company I learned to trust.

Cheers to you Keys to Us. We are a regular customer and have thoroughly enjoyed your service for a couple of years. On our last ride a driver came up to us claiming to be you. We knew something was wrong when they didn't have your ID or red shirt. When I questioned them they tried to deceive us but forgot they had a magnet sign on their car. How did Rates DD know we ordered a car from you? Can they intercept our phone calls somehow? I told your driver to look into it. Doesn't seem ethical.

Whenever I call i am always answered quickly and courteously, I usually only wait for about 15 minutes a little more if it is busy. The cars are new and the drivers are in a uniform and pleasant. I have taken other DD companies such as Rates DD Service and was very disappointed when their driver ran my tires up on the curb. I tried to address this with the owner and he got mad at me. Hey buddy you have anger issues! I'm so glad I have switched to the top shelf DD in the GTA!
