    long wait time!!!! have to work with appts, drop in are not welcomed or can be accommodated not enough staff

    Does not honor warranty on phones . Phone started to go before one year date, but since we were on vacation and couldn't make it into the store before my sons birthday which is why he had gotten the phone the year before we we liable for all repairs. Will not be buying another phone from apple!!
