Over the last 6 months, the quality in the food has taken a dramatic turn from being top grade to being well below something like McDonalds. That in itself speaks volume. Over fried cheese stick that has no cheese in them, overcooked onion rings. How can you screw this up? The poutine used to be good, unfortunately, the fries used in the poutine are not even close to house cut fries, the gravy is salty and chunky. Chess Pizza charges $3 for a 2 liter soda but when they're out of that soda they only bring you 3 cans (1 liter) for the same price. Would you do business with a gas station that sells you $10.00 in fuel but only pumps $5.00 worth? I know I wouldn't. I hope your stinginess is worth the hundreds/ thousands I would have spent over the years... Never again will I do business with you. BAD BUSINESS ETHIC WITH THIS COMPANY.
