This was a terrible experience, I have never been through anything like this before. They have no customer service and we’re very rude when I was trying to resolve an issue. I have worked with the public my whole life and can’t imagine ever treating anyone like this….it’s just not acceptable! I don’t think this florist has much integrity at all. I should have read the reviews before using them as others had bad experiences as well.

Ordered a premium bouquet. They delivered a regular bouquet. No rebate or anything else offered. Give your business to someone who cares as this company obviously does not.

Extremely disappointed by arrangement. Very little value for exorbitant prices. They used to havea great reputation, but quality has declined drastically. Look for another florist... You will be disappointed

Ordered flowers from this place last week for my girlfriend and they were absolutely beautiful, she loved it. Definitely would recommend.

I ordered an arrangement from this business but the one that was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture. I mean NOTHING. Picture showed hydrangea, yellow and white roses, small lilies, and lovely leafy greenery all beautifully arranged in a glass cube. What was delivered were some yellow roses, a whole bunch of ugly yellow daisies, and the cheap fern that accompanies less expensive arrangements -- all stuck in a cheap tall glass vase. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!!!!
