    Do not purchase there.Their articles are over priced (after we purchased them, we found the same chairs for 40% less on another website). Once we received our chairs and they were not what we expected, they refused to reimbursed us even if we were ready to pay the restocking fee (they had said we could do that). Very disappointed. They are not to be trusted.

    Very poor customer service and quality. We purchased two table lamps and a matching standing lamp. They delivered mismatched lamps, and one was broken. The delivery man refused to take it back, and I have been fighting with Michel since the beginning of March. Michel is a very dishonest man, and now all we want is our money back.

    BUYERS BEWARE! Unless you want to throw your money away and get verbally HARASSED stay away from this store! I purchased a living room set this summer and Within THREE WEEKS, the furniture began to fail "their great quality" I was promised. I returned to the store to see if anything could be done to fix or replace the faulty piece. After several emails and phone calls they finally arranged to pick up the furniture for repair. Their delivery staff noted black oil leaking from the chair. A week later, I was asked "to come to the store and check the item so that it is to your full satisfaction, so that we can return it" (exact wording from email). I did so, and the problem WAS rectified, however, the owner RAMISH asked to speak with me. He berated me for complaing on line that my "quality furniture" broke and that "I am a LOW LIFE, HE COULD SEE IT ALL OVER MY FACE" and I was to expect my furniture to fall apart within weeks because it was a floor model. And even though HIS STAFF seen black oil leaking from the chair, he denied that too. Furthermore, I was not told at the time of sale that it was a floor model. The owner yelled at me and repeated "you're a low life! " to the point that my child who was with me was frightened, as was I, let alone in shock that a store owner would scream at and treat a customer this way. The following week my chair was delivered. WITH THE PROBLEM STILL UNRESOVED! Even though it worked fine when I checked it at the store. BOTTOM LINE: shop ANYWHERE ELSE! I'd give this store a rating of NEGATIVE STARS if the option was available.
