    I paid for a summer service, 4 treatments of weed control and 4 treatments of fertilizer. The weed control was useless and it did nothing to stop the weeds from growing. The last fertilizer treatment burned my lawn. I even bought the extra "grub control" treatment that they recommended. Iasked them to not renew my subscription, and to stop the services when they did their follow-up call. Yet, they still came to my lawn and charged me for "fertilizing" which I didn't ask for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Fantastic service! My lawn has never looked better. What a turn around in the past couple of years!

    Bad customer service

    Hired the company for one summer. Had to make repetitive phone calls to obtain the service we paid for. They hire part time staff who does not care about your property. The company is good to harass you to buy their services but it was impossible to reach a supervisor.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    I tried Weedman for the first time this summer. They use pressure sales tactics and promise the world. Then when they have your money the service dries up. I think about 80% of the time the whole service wasn't performed and I had to call them to come back and finish it. The last service was aeration and only part of the backyard was done. When I phoned the company I was told it was too late to verify if I was telling the truth (I guess my many calls to come back and finish the work wasn't enough credibility) and there was nothing they could do. Cynthia and Melanie both told me that they were the supervisors, that their decision was final, that the best they could do was give me $16 off next year's service (even this took a fair amount of convincing), and that the owner Brian Shane "does not talk to customers". That's my experience and I won't be going back. The cost is too high anyway for what you get and it's inconvenient to have to constantly check the work to make sure it's done.
