I waited 20 minutes just to get 2 ice cream cones. I blew my top when they gave 2 ice cream cones to somebody who was 3 numbers down from me.
Manager was totally flirting and is cute but the food is always great. I live near Owen Sound and it's irritating when tourists give bad reviews. The only thing I really have to say is that sometimest it's a little dirty and some of the workers seem a little antsy and also irritated, but I don't blame them. Overall servers are nice, food is great, bathrooms smell nice, but the location is busy, complicated and always full of different people.
Went to use a coupon tonight for two can dine. The MacDonalds app wouldn't load at checkout and the clerk wouldn't accept seeing the coupon on their own website - claimed it needed to be printed out. I went to Harveys.
I will NEVER buy anything from this location again. We arrived at 820 pm after driving in from kincardine. The whole reason we came; to reward my daughter for her good behaviour. All she wanted to do was go to the play land. When we arrived the playland was closed. I asked at the front counter why it was closed. I was told it was closed for cleaning and would reopen after. So we ate. It was still closed afterwards. I asked tell supervisor Victoria when it was open. She told me it was closed for the night. My daughter began to cry all she wanted to do was play in the playland. I explained to Victoria that we just drove 77km to visit their playland. VICTORIA didn't care she told me it closed at 9 pm and it was against policy to reopen it. When I pointed out its probably against policy to close it 40 minutes early. She didn't care. I tried telling her we wouldn't touch the tables or chairs we just wanted to let me daughter play for a couple minutes. I'm telling her this while my daughter is bawling her eyes out telling me that I promised. The heartless VICTORIA didn't care. This is the first time I've ever broken my word to my daughter. My daughter doesn't understand why I wouldn't let her play when it's all she wanted as a reward and I had promised her. I will never forgive this place for this.
