Terry's Taxi

I use Terry's as my local taxi company as they have over 35 years of service, they are trusted by myself and local customers, to come on time, 24 hours a day seven days a week. No matter the weather, myself, and local customers are their primary concern. When asked, why do I use Terry's service, I simply respond : "I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM" That is the highest service compliment I can offer. "Great work Terry!!!

Terry’s taxi, from my experience, was wonderful service! I called for a taxi to come pick me up from the hospital. I was sitting on the curb waiting for them. Upon arrival he immediately got out and asked if I needed help getting up as I was sitting with crutches beside me. He helped me up and into the van. The drove up for me back to the campground at sandbanks, and helped me out as well! I was shocked at rate I was charged….I expected it to be at least double. FAIR RATES, EXCELLENT SERVICE

How are they still in business. Driver made some very poor driving decisions in Belleville in an old beat up van today. Site will not let me give less than one star. One star is far too generous. Time to retire terry.

Terry’s taxi has upgraded their fleet to some beautiful luxury vans and also now have debit/credit machines... highly recommended

Terrible, unaccep...

Terrible, unacceptable service!!! It's wintertime. My daughter called for a ride @ 7:30pm. She then had to wait outside as the store had closed. She waited 20min and called them back. They said the driver drove past and saw no one there so they kept driving. My daughter was there, but because it was winter was standing in a covered area. She saw the taxi drive past on the main road, and they didn't even drive into the parking lot and up to the door entrance to check if she was still there. She then had to wait another 10min for them to come back. This was totally unacceptable. I called them and complained. They went over the radio, while my daughter was still in the car, that the girls mom called and was cursing and swearing ( I don't swear... So not possible) about her daughter being in the cold. Well yes she was in the cold... But I'm understanding of them taking time especially in the winter... By beef which they forgot to mention over the radio was about the neglectful driver who decided to drive past which then made my daughter in the cold even longer.

Terry's Taxi is the best morristown taxi service I have ever used nearby Morristown, NJ. Always a very nice courteous staff of dispatchers and drivers. They have great vehicles, always clean newer models Toyotas. I love it, even traveling solo I still get a spacious vehicle that holds more than enough luggage. Let even let me bring my pooch, usually he gets testy with new people but he loved the driver!! And that said it all. Give Terry's a try you wont regret it:)
