-Drop wrist downwards below the ball. To create top spin from low to high. Do not lay the wrist back like a squash player would.
-Swing from low to high with a closed racket face at a 75 degree angle -
-Breath out during rotation of the body after impact to release tension after every groundstroke.
- Create Large strokes to give yourself lots of room and space to adjust to the balls movement after the bounce.
-Use a Loose wrist on your serve than a loose wrist on the FH or BH during the point.
-When returning serve. SPLIT STEP with feet spread wide apart throwing yourself off balance forward. Than with out a back swing... stay low on the BH or FH side with a short swing infront of your knee caps and follow through.
-Stay and hit the ball to finish the return before recovering back to the center of the court.
-If you feel you hit a good Return, move forward towards the net. And move to your singles side line closest to where u hit the ball.
