Funny, I couldn't find the location on here that I went to on Hwy 7 in Unionville/Markham but no matter all the reviews are the same despite the location. Go take the time to read them all. They all start with 2 or 3 reviews of how amazing then each one falls from there. The wings are small, either soggy or overcooked and have an acrid sauce with an overabundance of salt. Clientelle is generally loud and wait staff stinks. Now mind you, at the location I was the wait staff was really friendly and was the only good thing about it. Almost over served us. However thats not enough for me to return it is a bad value. The owners of the chain should really read their reviews and fix their stores.

WORST ST.LOUIS !!!!!!

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !! The waitress' only care about there regulars. If you arent a regular expect the worst service and maybe even some attitude. Watch out for one of the waitress' named AMY. She was sooo rude to me, i couldnt even believe it. I ordered a pound of hot wings and it came without sauce.. obviously i wasnt happy with them and asked if she could have the cooks put the hot sauce on my wings.. she was so annoyed with me and didnt even say ok, she just took the wing basket out of my hands. She braught them back and again didnt say anything. Then she went behind the bar and started talking to regulars about how I complained and blah blah blah. And then my boyfriend and I clearrrrly heard her say "I GUESS THIS MEANS NO TIP" WOW!! I was in complete shock and will never step foot in this place again. ..........just for some sauce on my wings.... geeze

We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, no big deal right? No, not really. But when we were given a table it was without cutlery or even napkins. We ordered an pound of wings each, all well done. We were served our wings literally 45 seconds later, they were obviously already cooked. The wings were brutal, soggy and if anything undercooked, they forgot my drink and brought us no napkins. When my we asked the waitress about napkins and my drink she seemed to snicker and walk away, this is not the kind of thing that works for me. Never again will I eat at this location, the other's I've tried are good.

Young staff, hired for looks obviously because their skills are low. food was good, they seem to talk to each other more than interact with paying customers. there was a few regulars there that seem to get more attention then everyone else. my suggestion is to get your food to go. immature wait staff.

I rated it 3 overall because I was starving, and I got food. But, if it werent for that, I would have rated it lower. This place needs a face lift. Sweep the employees out, and get some good, decent, respectable, mature people working for them. The staff was fooling around and flirting with the customers. The staff were not dressed very respectfully at all. It sure is not a place I want to bring my wife and kids. So, I will not return. This is a residential neighbourhood, with respectable families. We would like somewhere clean to go.

This is an excellent place to come, enjoy a few drinks with friends and have a snack. we didn't order wings this time, they are outstanding. The staff here are very friendly, and the service is great. This location (richmondhill) usually has a live band on friday and occassional saturday nights to entertain guests.

i've been to many diff wing places and this is by far one of the best places! place too small so a lot of times you gotta wait in line.

Wings are fantastic, and carries the restaurant. Ambiance is average, sports bar-ish. Wait staff is friendly enough, but I really wish they didn't dress so trampy - felt like being in a strip club minus the strippers... I have been to other St. Louis locations and they don't subscribe to the same trashy dress code among the staff. As a result we now get take out from there.

The food was good. Wing night makes it nice and cheap but I don't like being ignored by servers. It seemed like they were avoiding the tables and chatting amongst eachother. The staff is quite young too, perhaps that is why they were acting that way.
