I have been going here 30 yrs. It's my favorite restaurant. Great food great price. Owners and staff are fantastic! Thanks Tang's for great memories and fantastic food!!!

Ordered tangs for...

Ordered tangs for delivery. was told 45 mins and showed up cold 1.5 hrs later. Their old little cooler did not help. We opened it up and was missing items that we paid for. I called to complain and was offered 2 chicken ball on credit for next order lol. I told them im never calling again and hung up.

Greasy & Meat-Filled.

Everything seems to taste the same. They have not updated the buffet or decor since it opened. The entrance and cash-desk is absolutely riddled with dirt and grime. They have little old dusty newspaper clippings scotch-taped to the counter. It looks and smells unsanitary. The staff did not really acknowledge me, and I was even prompted for a tip when the service was "Pick-Up" They did not serve me, not did they deliver it. I hadn't even tasted the food yet, and I was prompted for a tip. Everything I ordered was very greasy. The sauces are syrupy. Online, the menu did not say that the Spring Rolls had any meat in them when the ingredients were listed. The whole thing was filled with meat, and as a vegetarian, I was very disappointed. In addition, the fried rice had a type of chicken in it and a type of sausage in it. It was obviously my fault for assuming that plain fried rice had these things in it. Regardless, I picked around the meat pieces. The rice was bland and oily. Nothing special. In fact, below average.

GROSS AND OLD

This is supposed to be Sarnia's best oriental dining? They haven't sunk a nickel into this place since the 60's I bet. The atmosphere is antiquated and the food had no taste. I hope the people of Sarnia can venture out and find true Chinese dining, because this place is on par with a bad frozen microwave dinner.

Good food amazing service

Tangs was a step up from several chinese restaurants.But the service was by far the best i have come across so far. Free pie or cake on your birthday and a picture taken by the owner put this place near top of my book.The food was fresh and refilled constantly so nothing sat drying out or getting rock hard. The chicken balls left you wanting more..and for the child in your family who doesnt want to try anything new they have fries, onion rings chicken nuggets etc. however the one thing lacking was the salad and dessert bar this needed a dose of tlc

We had been to tangs for many years and always good but in the last 10 years not so good. Buffet is really not good. Decor and staff is blah. Food overall is poor. Wouldn't go there if paid to.

I love this place. I have been going for years. I can't explain why. The food is bland, the decor is ancient. The music has been playing on a continuous loop for about a decade now. There are plenty of reasons not to like this place. However, the owners and staff are great people and the food is strangely tasty. I will go back, and will keep going back until they are no longer there.

Tangs is the best chinese place in town! I love the food, it always taste so good, I have never had a problem with service or food. On Valentines day we did order take out and they were a little slow but it was I think a little more busy then they though it would be. Me and my BF get take out from Tangs all the time and love it so much!!
