Took the car for oil change took 3 hours to get the car back.. what’s the point of appointments

Brought my 2008 A...

Brought my 2008 Accord Coupe in for brakes and a flat. Tired of dealing with small garages, I turned to the Honda Experts. Turns out the puncture was on the sidewall of the tire which needed to be replaced. They were able to track down and acquire the exact tires to match...I use 18inch snows! It's been several months since my last visit, all work was done on time and on budget. Thanks Action Honda!
