My boyfriend and I had been going here for years. We stopped because of a bad experience. After a couple years we decided to try again. We went for our anniversary and the waiter we had was terrible. Our food was late and brought to us by kitchen staff. We had to ask and wait for utensils and napkins. By the time we got it our food was cold. The waiter did not interact with us at all. When it came to paying the bill he told us he lost his wallet and his tips in hopes we would tip higher.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much I enjoy coming to the Scarborough Town Centre location of Moxies. I always am treated with excellence in service and an amazing atmosphere and the food is always delicious! As we frequently dine at Moxies, we usually ask to sit in Shanes section. He provides us with great attention and always takes such great care of us. In my opinion, he deserves a raise!! I commend you on running such an excellent business and we always enjoy your greetings and appreciate that you always take a few minutes to make us smile and make us feel so welcome!
