Dishonest sales people that sold us a warranty that will not cover the cost of repairs. dealership claims the warranty will provide coverage for pre approved items. Only one item has been approved and for less then 20% of the submitted cost. car was also of poor quality

Absolutely without doubt the worst car purchasing experience in my 55 years on the planet. When I first looked at the vehicle it was covered in paint swirls and I said I wasn't interested. The salesman (Richard) told me it could easily be buffed out and restored to it's proper glory. It was delayed, delayed again and then when it was finally ready, we drove an hour to the dealership and it was still covered in scratches. The Salesman told me that his manager would not approve any further wo
