Boston Pizza

Against my better judgment after a previous poor experience with Boston Pizza I decide to take my family here again. I will start by saying our waitress was friendly but the service was not good. Our food came out in shifts so as to not be able to eat together. Chicken wings came first sent back because they were cold. 2 adults 2 children. Ordered 3 adult meals and one kids. Food was poor over peppered. didn't order any drinks. Cost $76. Had to get our own wet naps. 2 days later still not happy.

Been to this establishment five times. Only one time i would not complain about. But it was less than impressive all the same. Service is slow but with a smile. However the last visit was about a 15 minute wait for appetizers and the salad came out last. Then we waited another 15-20 minutes for our main dishes. And the burger was ok but my spaghetti was over cooked and the meat balls (that i didnt order) tasted like cheap hamburgers. Last straw for this very forgiving individual. Oh and been on the toilet half of today so the rest is up to you.

Ive never had a good experience here. all bad woodstock, kitchener. yet to have a good meal here. lasagne wasnt even cooked so its frozen then cooked and how can someone mess that up?? my son didnt finish his. only one of our group liked their meal

This place is awful, Im not sure why it is so popular, if you enjoy bland food that tastes like its from a can or reheated from frozen then this is the place for you, but if you enjoy flavor in your food then I would steer clear. Im not sure why weve ever gone back to this palce but we have never really had a good experience, the service is so-so, usually youll have to throw up smoke signals if you want a re-fill on your drink or your bill. The food is the worst part, last time I was there I got the Baked 4(?) "cheese" Ravioli, which came to my table so hot that it was inedible for 15 minutes, and Im a cook so Im used to eating hot food stright from the pan. My first impression once I actually got to try it was "Chef Boyardee", it quite honesty tasted like they took it out of the can, sprinkled some cheese on it and threw it in the oven. Ive had several of their pastas in the past and they have always been completely bland, un-seasoned and lifeless, you can make Sidekicks pasta from a bag that tastes better then what they serve. For a place called Boston Pizza you would think they would make some amazing pizza right? While its not terrible pizza its extremely over priced for what it is, youll end up paying $20 for a tiny pizza that is no better then what you could get from a pizza place for half the price, and they dont even have dipping sauce for the crust, whats up with that? Atmosphere...well for me its a little loud and obnoxious, when I go to eat out I like to be able to relax a bit which you wont really get to do here, if you have the missfortune of being seated in the bar area you wont even be able to carry a conversation with your partner let alone relax. There are places far more deserving of your business, Stratford has some great restaurants but htis isnt one of them.

What makes Boston Pizza so great is the service, The waitress was well intune with our children and treated us with respect along with our kids. The food was acceptable, we did have to wait about 10 min to recieve the cheque.

Was our second time ordering from here since it was built. We ordered take-out. They gave me the wrong pasta, instead of giving me the Spicy Italian Penne, they gave me Sicilian Penne (which is a gross pasta dish and is nothing like the one I wanted). But they were nice about it, and replaced it and gave us a coupon for a free personal pizza. I think once they are open for awhile, they will be better.
