Ideal Plumbing & Heating Niagara Region

Our central air is less than 2 years old and already not working. We have been waiting over a month for a replacement part in 80+F temperatures. They have no provided any help to accommodate us due to the delay. Do not do any business with them. They will only take your sale and not provide any assistance if anything goes wrong.

After almost two months from when my countertop was damaged, the owner compensate me for the troubles. I am giving them the thumbs up for being honourable.

Today we finally found a truly honest,and reputable company that we can rely on when it comes to plumbing and heating. They serviced our furnace quicker than we anticipated and could not believe how straight forward, friendly and helpful their workers are. It was refreshing to encounter such service that was not only efficient but trustworthy. We will definitely be highly recommending ideal plumbing to all family and friends. Needed to get a B...

Needed to get a Back Flow Valve installed. Was upset that it had to be put under my dryer and a new ceramic floor had to be ripped up but these guys put it in, cleaned it up and even put my washer and dryer back where they went as if nothing had ever been touched. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber, etc
