RATS - BEWARE - 681 Warden @ Advantage SelfStorage

Rat infestation at Advantage Self Storage located at 681 Warden Avenue. Despite many visible rat traps in the corridors of the building, the rats seemingly thrive in the rafters of the second floor. I rented a second floor unit for 8 months. These second floor units do not have a ceiling so the rats crawled into my storage unit through the opening and had a feast! Nothing was spared - they chewed wires, wood furniture, plastic items, art work picture frames - and they left urine and feces everywhere. Management of Advantage Self Storage - did not care one bit that a customer had a bad experience with rats. I strongly urge anyone looking for a personal storage facility to go somewhere else!!!!!

We can't speak to how the site was looked after before by previous ownership however this location has definitely been improved by Access Storage the new owners of the property. We wish we could have had you as a customer now to show you but if the need ever does arise again we definitely will show you a completely different side to the facility and the service we provide.
