Restaurant very hard to find, wine tasted more like soda water with fruit than any wine we have tasted. Food was cold when we got it and order was wrong. Will never go back. Owner was extremely rude when we complained… defensive.

Last evening Acqua Dolce 5 gal cousins out for dinner. It was a fabulous, fun event!! From the time we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with the warmest welcome..AND A RED PIANO! Loved the atmosphere. Chef Amelia Monteleone gave us a detailed description of menu selections. We chose based on her advice..polenta fries gnocchi black cod..beef tenderloin DELICIOUS! She and her team went out of their way for us. The midas touch when it comes to PARAMOUNT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL BE BACK

Well don't let the outside fool you, what a GEM. We had a great time, The staff was100% from the time we entered until our last good bye. The Food was mouth watering, the Dolce de leche Creme brulee words can't discribe. This Restaurant is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As we 1st walked into the restaurant, my group...

As we 1st walked into the restaurant, my group was very well greeted by the General Manager. We were seated in a booth over looking Lake Ontario. "WOW", it was an truly an amazing few. Nothing beats having dinner and watch the Airplanes landing onto Toronto Island with the sun-setting as the back drop. The GM came over to settle us into the restaurant offering us some apéritif before taking our food orders. She tempted us with the great options for our meals & we heed her advices. Soon after our orders, the server brought us our bread. Most restaurants you'll get some kind of bread and Oil but at Gossip, we got a trio of breads and trio of dips. Our apps came shortly after and the mains after the apps. Food was great, very good value for the buck. Service overall was amazing ! It's a hidden gem tucked away at the CNE grounds. We'll be sure to visit again when we are in town.
