I am 8 months pregnant and drove 1.5 hours to visit this store. Explained this to the staff and kindly asked if because of these circumstances I could use their washroom. The staff member laughed and shook her head saying “no”. I was tempted to pull my pants down and go in their store. As a market that caters primarily to females, denying a pregnant woman a washroom should be looked at internally. Disappointed to say the least.

For years there‘ve been numerous complaints about the customer service that many experienced with some staff here. Yet there’s no real improvement on this matter. Some staff are courteous which is appreciated. But there’re also abhorrent & miserable people that work here. I wish the other staff & the store show unacceptance of this repulsive & unsightly behaviour that’s been displayed by certain staff for much time. Please replace them with, not servile but people with basic human decency.

This particular location has improved a great deal. It's now less crowded - someone has clean up the display areas and they are now better planned. The entire store is not as "stuffed" as it used to be and displays are cleaner and modern. Even the posters are more up-to-date and display the diversity of the area better . I hope the the trend for less clutter will continue. The staff is polite and helpful.

Worst customer service ever and very rude. Actually told us she was too busy to help us. The trainee was more helpful. Would advise the owners to do an overhaul with the old employees.
