good food, bad service though

food was good, but with the service this restaurant provides...i really dont want to visit. i was there for all-you-can-eat BBQ, and usually at most korean restaurants, they would come and check your grill and change it for you. However, this time, i had to REQUEST them to help me change the grill. I was there with a friend and we had dinner really early (so at that time, the restaurant wasn't really busy) therefore, the servers did have time to check up on guests and change their grill. Also, the female servers were REALLY RUDE. everytime we requested something, she seemed like she did not want to help us. When she came back to our table for our stuff, she looked mad like she did not enjoy helping us get the stuff we want. anyways, the service just ruined my dinner. I prefer the locations in scarborough and markham

Food: Price is pretty reasonable, about $14 for all you can eat Korean bbq. It's a good/different experience since you get to grill the meat in front of you. all you can eat korean bbq comes with unlimited side dishes (i.e., bean sprout, kimchi, etc) rice and soup. bbq meat is very sweet for me, I hated the texture of rice (consistently bad) and side dishes are bad. as a korean, i do not appreciate their food at all. Services/Atmostphere: whenever i went, there was line up. it's always crowded therefore very loud and service is really bad. it's hard to get hold of wait staff and takes long to get service. also tables are closely arranged and often i had to sit on the long table with other people (facing my friend) so it's hard to have some privacy. Would recommend for experience but wouldn't recommend if you value the quality of the service from wait staff and quiet environment

The worst service, rude wait staff with no patience! Definitely not Korean food --- the worst Korean food I have ever tasted!!! I'm never going there again!

The kalbi tastes very good and also the Korean beef. Very delicious. The panchan is also very good! I also appreciate/enjoy how salmon is available in the menu. The overall service and environment is pleasant. My most favorite location of Korean Grill House is by Hwy 7 in Markham. I most definitely recommend that location!
