    WORST PLACE EVER

    WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! I've never been to a place like that even the service at Mac donalds is better than there. I went there yesterday night May 21 with 6 friend willing to have a great dinner and shisha... Such a BAD IDEA... -Fisrt we waited at least 10 minutes before the hostess noticed that we where waiting to be seat; then when she finally noticed us she bring us upstair to the patio and while we clearly told her we were 7 willing to have dinner she set us in the smallest table where not even one plate can fit... -We then waited for a waitress thinking that she wll probably be more smart and moove us to a bigger table or find a way to fix tables so we can all eat on a table not on our legs.. but when the waitres finally came to us that will be after 15 minutes of wait ...she just said "i'm not gonna ask people to leave the restaurant so you can have a bigger table; there is nothing i can do i cannot do magic!!" WAHOOO!!!! GREAT MANNERS!!! Well this is not even the worst part... -After we waited 20 minutes for our drinks which were not so difficult to make couplef of pops, and juices, we decided to order but the amazing waitress said " you should wait because you are not gonna be able to all eat at this table.." so we said "sure we can wait but how long do we have to wait we are hungry and would like to eat at some point" and she said " i dont now how long you have to wait" just for infos it was already 11pm so we have been waited for 1hour already .. so we decided to order anyway...... Then a miracle happenned and we saw that one big table was free so we asked the hostess because the waitress god says where she disappear wasn't around,...... Anyway we made it to the big table waiting for our foods... the waitress starts bringing the food 1 plate every 5 or 10 mnutes and while 1 person was still waiting for the food she came and said..." We don't have the plate that you order anymore... do you want to have some chicken instaed?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME.... WE HAD TO WAIT 1H AND HALF TO BE TOLD THAT THEY RENT OUT OF THE PLATE THAT WE ORDER!!!!! That was to much we just left the restaurant witout even eating those stupid plate that they serveds us..... On top of that if you add that they diditn clean the tables, one of the chair was totally wait; they didint even offerer us an ashtray while 4 people where smoking, we asked 4 times for water that we never got, we ased for a chair taht we finnaly had to tae ourself on an othe rtable........ ALL THOOSE THINGS MAkE FOR ME THIS PLACE THE WORST RESTAURANT EVER AND I RATHER EAT ALL MY LIFE AT MAC DONALDS THAN GOING BACk THERE .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY.... I WOULDNT EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!

    HORRIBLE

    Let me start by service. HORRIBLE. The owner guy needs to learn a lot about customer service. He insulted us by saying that we don't know how a restaurant operates when I asked him if our food was ready after waiting for 45 minutes for 2 people! Very unfriendly and just plain rude at times. The girl is okay, at least she smiles. Food was okay, not amazing to make me wanna go back to tolerate that kind of behavior.
