    RBC service continues to decline-----the current virus has just made it worse. Over the past 10 years with the expansion of computer banking the bank has lost the ability to be customer-focused. I have many examples how this could be improved at little cost---but am unable to speak with anyone with any authority. Even a Vice President who told me common sense is not common---but did not do anything to correct a simple thing. They could learn from Scotia Bank. I wonder if someone will contact me

    Their staff is quite rude and most dont have a clue what they are doing had a visit at my branch and was talking with the teller n then asking questions she started getting rude then a staff member that shouldnt have got involved did n she got even ruder then the lafy i was deeling with so infront of everyone i yelled back n everyobe clapped n i left my bank to cash my chevk else where pathetic ig u ask me

    Absolutely terrible service. I've had minor issues with RBC in the past, that I overlooked. This particular time, I needed to make a simple adjustment on an account, it took me over 2 hours on the phone (was hung up on 2 times), reached the wrong department, transferred, hung up on again, walked into the branch, the Branch Manager was unhelpful and robotic, the Direct Investor crew was very rude, the staff have little to no empathy and simply don't care about the clients' time.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In my honest opinion they are not a bank for senior citizens or customers with any type of disability. And if your elderly family makes a bad financial decision of that disability, YOU the extended family member will be stuck with paying the legal costs as well as repaying any loans that default from those same financial decisions.

    Staff are really ...

    Staff are really lacking knowledge. Extremely the poorest service for a banking institution . even at head office level customers for them is not of any importance. Go to possibly ING. now tangerine . better buck for your money and service.
