Looking to buy or sell property- Please be careful when dealing with these people. If you want to be forced to continue to work with an Agent that doesn't do his job, that sticks a listing on MLS and expects it to do the job and then collect a big fat commission cheque for nothing then invest further interest here. This Brokerage forced an unheard of 25% referral fee after trying to escape after absolutely no success - 1 viewing in 6 weeks! Should you be forced to work with someone when you do not benefit from results that ultimately decide your fate? Thanks to misevaluating our current property and misleading advice we were forced to default and have no life savings left. The industry is full of greedy individuals that will treat you as currency only to collect the next commission cheque - please be careful.

just came across this review. It would be nice if she left her real name so that we could investigate. We have a third party company to survey all our transactions and to solicit feed back of our performance.
