    I lost my wallet then the company called me to notify me that theyfound my wallet, I was so happy and thankful for this, whenever I call them they are on time and courteous.

    Worst dispatchers...

    Worst dispatchers of all time... Rude, ignorant and extremely uncooperative.. The company needs to appoint staff that is more polite and concerned towards increasing bussines... At the moment your current dispatchers are taking its reputation down the hill

    From someone who ...

    From someone who taxis almost daily this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 3 calls to dispatchers , 1 to a supervisor and over an hour later there is still no taxi here. I will never use any taxi company expect for london taxi again

    by far the rudest...

    by far the rudest dispatchers. They're fast but always expect a very rude person on the other end when you call.

    extremely poor service

    Dispatch representatives extremely rude, Perceive themselves to be knowledgeable of location , rush you off the phone, constantly calling them back only to find out they can't even spell a street name properly. waited over 3 hours for a cab on one of London;s major street, each time I called in to find out where the cab , they state 2 minutes away. The drivers are okay, but their office staff and dispatchers need some serious customer service and literacy skills - or their job needs to be given to someone who cares about business, After 20 years of being a paying customer, maybe spending $250 per month I will never use u-need-a-CAB !!

    Thank you for your comment, The business is now under new administration, and I, Ismail , as the new manager will do all the necessary things required to rectify anything that is not done professionally, My goal and those work under my administration will be to satisfy our customers, because our customers are the ones that are keeping us in business. I hope this satisfies your concern and if you find that you are not happy with the current staff please ask for me and I will be addressing your concern. thank you for your feed back.
