Extremely shoddy ...
Extremely shoddy legal service. They did a conflict of interest search prior to me hiring them and assured me everything was fine. Two months into it they said there’s a conflict. They promised me a full refund of my retainer. I did not receive a full refund. They kept $260 for the title searches; 3 names on their conflict searches were totally incorrect, 1 name misspelled and one name incomplete. I gave them hard copies of all deeds and surveys with correct names and addresses. Don't hire them!
