I used this firm for my tax returns for a couple of years. The Waterdown office made significant mistakes on both tax returns, which then required restatement. I was left with the impression that they are careless and uncaring about their clients. My personal experience was very poor.

Shari forgot to file my HST return for my business which resulted in a lot of headaches for me having to resolve the issue with Revenue Canada, When I alerted her to her error she was very unprofessional and unhelpful and tried to brush off my concern. I would definitely not recommend her services based on my challenging experience with her.
