Fantastic service. We were riding through Welland and my hubs needed his rear tire rebalanced. The lad fixed it right away at very little cost and my hubs bike is working like a charm!

Got a tune up and flat tire repaired for my cruiser bicycle, and then I purchased a Norco Mountain bike from them and I absolutely love it! Great bike and a great price. Friendly and honest service. They can be busy at times for bike repairs and tune up because they are a good shop.

I left my bike for a week to fill up a tire that came off, lube the chain & clean the bike. The white tires , seat and handlebars where all greasemarked. The metal dusty. They never cleaned it up. The owner said "what do you expect me to do? It's a used bike" I said "clean it, I don't care what it costs, I only rode it once, it's not an old bike, just dusty from a storage unit. . Didn't offer to clean it or even help me get the big bike out of the door.$60 they charged me. We won't be going back or recommending business. Should have known, when I first called he was reluctant, said he was too busy. I offered to leave it as long as it takes so they took it in.
