Clear Medical Imaging

I have nothing but HURRAHS for this place. On a routine breast screening, the technicians, and whomever reads the mammogram results, found a contained breast cancer, that was exhibiting no symptoms and was hiding in dense tissue. This early discovery has been a blessing. THANK YOU! for a sometimes thankless job, very well done, indeed.

Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to book an appointment for an ultrasound for three days. I stay on hold for hours every day. I am working. I can't stay on hold like that. Even when I leave a message, they transfer me to someone else and again wait. That's ridiculous.

I went in for an ultrasound and was appalled at the behaviour of the staff. There were five women behind the reception area behaving like 13-year-old girls, yelling, socialising loudly, laughing, squealing. One of them was LITERALLY jumping up and down, clapping her hands, shrieking and giggling. People are here for SERIOUS medical evaluations, potentially life-threatening, and the front-line staff are carrying on like its a frat party.

Rude mean people. I heard workers talking about personal info of patients and making jokes about it not confidential at all.
