Elements Carpet Cleaning and Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning my tile floor. The service was profession and the technician was very courteous. Company came to clean the dirt out of my grout in the Kitchen as well as shampood the upstairs carpets. The cleaning was phenomenal and I would recommend this service to anyone.

We had our carpets in our house done as well as an area rug, Bob was very professional from the time he pulled up till the time he left, I was impressed that he put down a plastic sheet under my are rug before he cleaned it so no to get water on my wood floors. I have had my area rug clean by another company but it never came out as clean as it did this time. I like the fresh smell of his deodorizer that was left behind as well. over all I am very happy with the work and the service level.

My first review was removed,not sure why.It was truthful in that you did not do what was outlined in the work order.Brought your 16 yr old to help with a huge cleaning job then blamed her when all the dirt,dust and lack of attention to detail was brought to your attention.Emptied your machines in our sink and clogged the pipes with paint chips,had to hire a plumber.The maid who came after could not believe the amount of dog hair and dirt you left behind. Extremely disappointed.

I live in Tecumseh and have kids and pets.I found Bob on yellowpages .Bob showed up on time and was a very friendly person.His rates are reasonable! My carpets were badly stained and at one point we thought we had to throw them out and buy new. Bob came in and my carpets look brand new ! Im a satisfied customer and will be using Elements Carpet cleaning and restoration again ,I highly recommend him and his company!! Thanks Bob
