    Had hired other companies to clean the carpet stains caused by my dogs. None could offer the expertise and courteousness that I received from Elements! Would definitely hire them again next time, smell and stains gone!

    Very unprofessional. Hired to thoroughly clean & disinfect walls, windows, baseboards, floors in all rooms of newly purchased small home that was very dirty-to prep for painting. Huge dust webs on ceilings and walls, layers of dust on window casings, and this was after he said he personally cleaned these areas. Would never recommend this company to anyone. He said he cleaned & disinfected wood floors prior to putting a glossy finish on floors - dust & dog hair now imbedded in finish! Don't hire

    We did miss a few things on the inital cleaning . I quickly appoligized and hired a maid service to remidy the dust issues. The maid called me after 40 min and said everything is clean i said i will pay you for 4 hours make sure client is happy . I was very upset when i read this because when you work that hard you want people to be happy . I made a mistake and made it right its dust were talking about here. The floor had pre existing damage that could only be fixed by a full sanding stain and recoat this was explained.

    Elements carpet cleaning came to my house the same day he gave me a quote to clean an area rug. He arrived during an ice storm and did an excellent job. He did both sides of the rug and charged me 20.00 less than the quote. I'm pleased with the results and I will definitely use his services again.

    Elements carpet cleaning and restoration cleaned my tile and grout . Was impressed with there work my tile was like brand new . I will be telling my freinds and family in Windsor
