Hip Hop Nails

This used to be my favourite salon and then one day I got a gift card for a shellac manicure and pedicure but they insisted that they "remembered" that my friend paid only for a shellac manicure! The gift card was bought 5 months before! They made me call my friend to ask how much they paid but instead of asking they kept trying to convince her that she had only paid for a shellac manicure!!! I told them I'm not coming back again and they started talking about me in their language!

I am only leaving...

I am only leaving one star because there is no option to leave 0 stars!!!!! This was the worst possible nail experience ever... nails were not dried properly which caused them to shrivel up. Went back again to have them fixed but they just wanted to put another clear coat on top which didn't fix the problem at all!!!!! They then added another layer of colour and gel on top of the nail which left lumps and a very thick layer of gel on nail. I do not recommend anyone going there! I won't go back!!

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want an infection!

This was THE WORST pedicure experience of my life! I tried this place because I was told they provide sanitized tools. First off no one spoke English very well at all then the woman proceeded to try to place me in a foot bath that wasn't even cleaned. I could see previous nails in the bath! When I asked for a clean tub she brought me to another that was also dirty! I asked her to clean the bath and I'm pretty sure at that point they were all speaking badly about me the whole time!! Horrible

I have been going...

I have been going here for the last 8 years. The women are all friendly and accomadating. I have had gel nails, acryluc nails, manicures, pedicures and waxing and all have been wondeful. I have never had any issues and never had any problems. They are always smiling and willing to accomodate with and without appointments...
