Orchid Nails & Spa

It was a friendly experience but the quality of the work was not good because it lasted barely a week without it starting to crack and barely in total lasted 2 weeks. I got a full set and those should last without cracking at least 3 weeks without any cracking or even longer without any cracks or issues. I’ve had my nails done so many times throughout the years and have never had this poor of quality. I do not recommend.

Went here, because my nail tech wasn’t in that day. Their gel is poor quality it peels and chips within days. The acrylic is so cheap two of my nails broke within a week... I have my set on for usually two to two and a half weeks. My nails also had bumps all in them from the nail tech drilling the acrylic poorly. Went back to get them fixed and they tried charging me for their poor quality service and finished product, which was no better. They did not charge me but the nails still looked bad.

My niece, as a gift to herself following high school exams, treated herself to a set of acrylic nails. 5 days later, half of them had fallen off. For $50, they should last longer. Staff were rude and condescending and said they were open to 8 pm on Sunday and should have gone in then for repairs. Why lie? They would repair them—for a charge. Why throw more money away? Horrible experience. Shoddy work. Rude staff. Will NEVER return.

Customer service is awful

I really disliked my experience! . My husband surprised me and made the appointment for me. When I walked in I was barely talked to. They sat me down and just started. No one talked or communicated with me throughout being there. I wanted very basic pink nails with a heart on my ring fingers. They were unable to do a heart. A Heart!!! And after several times of trying and adding more nail polish over it to hide the mistake. I just asked to leave them plain! Horrible customer service!

Got bio gel nails...

Got bio gel nails done, very rushed, and workers were not able to do any of my simple designs, ended up leaving with plain nails. Very long wait in the car as they take all walk ins and make the reserved people wait. Also they're not informative and never talk to there costumers. Only had my nails on for a week and all chipped and falling off. Not impressed and not worth the money paid.

The BEST place in the city to get a mani and pedi!

By far one of the best salons to get a manicure and pedicure!! Lan is extremely professional and always accommodating to my very busy schedule. The odd time where I had to get my nails done elsewhere due to convenience or being out of town have left me appreciating Lan's work even more! I consider myself very picky in what I want and Lan's ability to listen and remember each time I go there, has me leaving the salon happy each and every time!! 1000% would recommend this place!

Probably the best...

Probably the best place I've ever been to for a pedi. Clean, friendly, fantastic design skills. The girl I had today took her time, didn't rush through anything like at the place in Devonshire. The price was fair. $30 for a pedi with a very professional detailed design. Will definitely be back. Only had this done an hour ago and had to tell 3 friends how great it was. Always questioned cleanliness at the other places I've been to but tjis place, you see them clean and scrub with soap and bleach everything right after they use it. Amazing!!!

Called to see how much a gel fill was and she told me $15 go to have it done and then said it was $25! Wasted time and gas going there! :@
