Amazing, friendly and fast service! Erik the tech took the time to look at our freezer and seek assistance from a co-worker, if his suggestion/ thought would be worth following through with. Saving us the cost of a new freezer. Thank you, as we had a previous repair person from another company tell us it wasn’t worth fixing-garbage and said it was a totally different issue, after only take 2 minutes and charged us the service fee. Again, thank you Erik!!!

Not very good service- hard to get them on the phone- once an appointment is booked the service tech calls only once on the day of the appointment and if you happen to miss that call because you are in a noisy environment then the service call is pretty much cancelled and you have to start all over- I was told the tech called several times- not true- when I called them and there was no answer I was told I must have called the night time line-also not true- not happy at all with service

They were running late but still made time for our service call on a Friday, even though I told them it was okay to rebook for the following Tuesday....which was fantastic!!! Repairman was really friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing it. Cheryl in the office, was very fast at getting back to me and getting an appointment booked that was at my convenience. I will highly recommend them!!!!
