Shoppers Drug Mart

We moved to the Woodstock area just over a year ago. Have always used Shoppers Drug Mart. Getting prescriptions at this store is so painful. Always crazy long line ups, even before covid. One clerk. Hire some staff, preferably some with good customer service skills and some knowledge. We will be changing to a different pharmacy. If anyone has to speak to the pharmacist, oh, too many people waiting, so no, that wont be happening. Terrible service.

not very good service today Laurie the girl who served me must have been having a bad day. My oxygen tank was low and I went in to exchange it.When I went to unhook it she told me I had to do that outside.Hard to do when you need it to move around If she is afraid of handling the oxygen maybe she should be put somewhere in the store to work and told to leave the troubles at home not take them out on the customers
