Très bon service avec la dame chez HydroSolution. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions. L'installation s'est très bien passée et les installateurs étaient bien aimables. Service rapide; ils sont passés le lendemain de mon appel. J'ai fait la location d'un chauffe-eau 60 gallons.

they also install AKWA leak detection systems, I have had at least six false alarms in one year, Their support people told me it was impossible and they have been rude on the phone and they refused to come and investigate or replace the 2 detectors that have been problematic. I wish I knew what I know now I would not have wasted my money with this company.

Fausse garanti, très très mauvais service et mensonges. Je n’ai eu aucune démonstration que le service après-vente existait et suite à un dégât d’eau, aucun support et m’a garantie (achat de moins de 7 ans) n’a pas été honoré car ils n’ont pas envoyer un technicien sur place: nous les avons appeler 3 fois le soir du sinistre!!

They install the wrong hot water tank, and they charge me more then the original quote, poor customer service, they do anything to charge more.

Very poor service ! Horrible customer service ! They damaged my property and do want to take responsibility for what their technicians did ! Horrific I will never renew again! Do not contact them

je suis vraiment dessus de cette compagnie plus une semaine pour résoudre mon problème et jusqu'à maintenant sans succès service à la clientèle manque de professionnalisme j'ai perdu 2h par jour just on fin de compte tu reçois une personne qui te dit au téléphone " bye bye j'ai pas le temps pour toi" j'ai jamais vu ça mais malheureusement j'ai pas vérifié les commentaires avant ils sont habitués de le faire des gens impoli et malheureusement jusqu'à maintenant ils ont pas résolu mon problème

Hydro Solution has been an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I have a stacked washer and dryer blocking the hot water tank, which they offered to move as part of the installation. They won't move washer/dryer out of the way (they do it for installations only). I've given in and I'm hiring movers to help, but HS refuses to give me an exact time for the appt., only a 5-hour time range. Very disappointed in their lack of flexibility and empathy towards the client. Steer clear.

Moi, j'ai choisi la location du chauffe eau, on m'a promis que j'aurais un appel d'un technicien pour scheduler l'installation dans les 24 à 48 hres de mon appel. Trois jours plus tard, je rappelle, on me redonne un autre 24 à 48 hres d'attente, là jsuis rendu à 72 heures d'attente, avec un aîné à laver à la débarbouillette avec de l'eau chauffée sur le rond de poêle. Mettons que je suis pas vraiment confiante que le service à domicile soit efficace, fiable et rapide comme dans les pubs.

ATTENTION ! Notre chauffe-eau a bien été installé. Par contre, le helper du technicien a imité ma signature sur l'attestation de fin des travaux afin de camouflé qu'il avait endommagé notre plancher ! j'avais indiqué qu'il y avait des dommages mais il a refait une nouvelle attestation en imitant ma signature, attestation qui disait qu'il n'y avait pas de dommages. C'est un geste très grave

Arnaque du siècle. Non respect du contrat. Ils vont tout faire pour vous arnaquer le plus possible. Même après vous dire que vous n’aurez plus de frais à payer, ils vont continuer à vous envoyer des factures et vous menacer d’envoyer des agences de recouvrement. Compagnie de jambon

Je déconseille FORTEMENT de ne jamais faire affaire avec Hydro-Solutions. Vous aurez plus de problèmes que de solutions. Leur service à la clientèle est de loin le pire que j'ai expérimenté (exemple, se faire dire que leur travail consiste uniquement à prendre des rendez-vous et se faire raccrocher au nez). Aucune prise en charge. Leurs techniciens (sous-traitants) sont non-professionnels et très peu disponibles (uniquement durant la journée (lundi au vendredi, avant 15h).

The WORST SERVICE EVER! I had schedule installation last Wednesday, waited the whole day and nobody showed up. Called them up and apparently the appointment was cancelled. Nobody has advised me, my whole day was wasted. Called them up and they have rescheduled for Saturday, two guys came in clueless on how to transition from gas water heater to electric, although they did charge me for the gas pipe capping. Called them again another team showed up on Monday without proper parts. Unprofessional!!

Installers were aggressive and rude...they were hurrying everything. After 3years of renting decided to just purchase the tank. 24 hours after making the final payment and receiving a confirmation email that the tank was purchased and my account was final.... THEY WITHDREW $30.90 from my credit card!!!!! ...even though they sent me a confirmation email the day before that my account was paid in full and the tank was purchased!!! Had to call them to have the money credited back to my account.

Je suis de Terrebonne et le service a été parfait. En moins de 24 heures, mon nouveau chauffe-eau était installé. Les techniciens ont pris soin de bien couvrir mes planchers et de tout ramasser sans causer aucun dégât. Merci Hydrosolution.

Horrible company;very dishonest, Give me the runaround to cancel contract that was signed by old owner of home,and keep on charging for a 15 yrs old water heater, Stay away,

worse service ever... they dont return phone call nor email,,dont recommand this type of service to anyone...
