In future I would ask the delivery fee before the truck arrives. I was surprised at the more than double cost from a previous experience of similar distance. The dispatcher told me the wait would be 30-45 minutes and the truck arrived over 2 hours later. A simple call by the driver would have been appreciated. This is not only very unprofessional but inconsiderate since the driver decided to do other things before responding having said he would only be a few minutes.
