    Horrible experience. I purchased birthday gift for my wife. Manager of the store give us a t-shirt with stain on it and with long hair in it. When we see this , we change our mine with the color of t-shirt. But manager do not want to change it with other color. She was not polite. 30 days exchange policy is not working in this store. Never ever Lacoste at Laval again. And Manager is not given her name. She knows she is wrong.
