Upon inspection, I noted damage to a vehicle which I asked the agent to note. He told me that it’s not necessary to note normal wear and tear. I took date/time stamped photos of five scratches and dings on the advise of my brother, one of which this company is now claiming that I am responsible for. I showed the manager the photos and he stated that he was mandated by the company to file the claim and that my credit card card company would likely cover it. This is a scam!
