NEVER COME HERE! (unless you want a poor service and a broken watch). I would never recommend this store to anyone. I came in for a simple battery change on my Relic Chronograph wristwatch. During the change, the employee broke the pin that holds the wristband together. The watch came back 3 weeks later and THE CHRONOGRAPH IS NOW BROKEN TOO. ONLY REALIZED NOW.

Jai eu un excellent service sur ma montre Citizen. Javais perdu ma garantie de 5 ans mais ils ont quand même réussi à la rendre comme une neuve. Ailleurs on me disait que la réparation était de 200$ environ et jai eu la réparation a 110$.

DON'T GO THERE - WORST watch store in Montreal - they scratched the quadrant of my brand new watch when I left them my watch to get a bracelet replacement. Also, they not only kept my watch for more than 2 months without giving me any update on the status or my watch, and when I finally received it, I realized that installed a leather bracelet instead of a metal one.

Très mauvaise expérience, aucun remboursement sur la marchandise, même si c'est leur erreur. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. J'ai acheté une montre pour offrir, la personne n'a pas aimé, ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser le lendemain. Je trouve que ce n'est pas normal de refuser de rembourser.

I had one of the worst experience with this store. I was sold a broken watch, they let me wait for a month for a replacement and then they don't have one and they don't want to refund me! I owned many watches even some of them online. My latest one not from this store was a Tissot for my wedding and never had any problems till I come across this store. Would avoid at all cost!
