Just a terrible clinic! Almost impossible to get a rendez-vous if you don't insist. Online, no possibility to take one (for me), at the phone too, no answer. On place, if you're lucky, you can get one. But... always like a fight to get service from them. I am searching for another clinic. Disappointed about the receptionnists... and not really satisfied about everything else in that clinic.

Almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone and the website to make an appointment often does not work. Need to make an appointment with personal doctor, IT IS IMPORTANT, help!!! This situation has lasted too long and needs to be changed.My pharmacy mentioned that it is difficult to renew my prescription because the fax is constantly busy. Explanation: we receive lots of faxes, therefore ask the pharmacy to retry. The doctors secretary does not offer any other solution. Terrible staff!

Je me suis présenté à cette clinique ce matin après avoir eu un rendez-vous par le site web de sans rendez-vous...ça fait bizarre à écrire. À part une des 2 dames de la réception qui est vraiment bête et qui riait presque que de moi car elle ne connaissait pas le mot Ambre, qui est le nom de la rue où j’habite...ça été vraiment parfait! Presque pas d’attente, environ 15 minutes, ce n’est rien, infirmière et médecin attentionnés et patients, le Dr Nguyen a fait un diagnostic rapide et précis.

impossible de prendre RV j ai abandonné pour une deuxième fois après une heure d attente au téléphone et le site internet ne fonctionne pas

The secretary for Dr. Saxena is incompetent, rude, and does not do her job. Example: Does not answer the phone, when she does, she will put you on hold for 45 minutes, she is both rude on the phone and in person when I see her for my appointments. This secretary has made me reconsider if I should even keep my doctor because it is too hard to get a hold of anyone.

Docteurs et infirmières sont compétents par contre les secrétaires ne sont vraiment pas à leur place... Inaccueillante et froide ! Ne comprennent pas la souffrance des gens et nous traite comme des numéros et encore ! Ne rappelle jamais quand on laisse un message à la secrétaire que jai eu après plus de 15mn dattente au téléphone. Secrétaires donnent vraiment une mauvaise image du centre médical... à changer !!!!

Worst reception ever my appointment was at 2.10 I got ther 1.45 give her my medical card and I was waiting 1 hour Then went back to the reception to ask what’s going on she’s like oops we forget to put in system ,,, give me back your card So we can open your file disgusting

Les infirmières et médecins offrent un excellent service. Les réceptionnistes et commis, très mediocres, à la limite de pourries Jamais vu travaille, rudes, non accueillantes, faut pas les dérangées Parfois, attente plus d’une heure pour que réceptionniste réponde Dommage pour le personnel offrant très bon service Juste une grosse clinique à rentabilisée ?

je fus abasourdi en entendant que leurs rdv étaient tous les deux après moi.Quand j'ai voulu comprendre auprès de l'infirmière auxiliaire Madame L.pourquoi j'ai été relégué,elle me somme de m'asseoir ...puis je lui ai dit va n'êtes pas professionnelle ....elle me menace d'appeler la police....car elle n'a pas fait son travail correctement.Au lieu de s'excuser ,elle aggrave son cas...je me suis dis alors au moins je la dénoncerai avec un petit commentaire sur le net....

Je suis intervenante : j'ai référé un patient suicidaire et ils l'ont retournés à la maison en lui disant de revenir voir son médecin de famille la semaine suivante.

Bad experience, not recommended. Doctor sent me for the X-ray. Took the x-ray the next day.. waiting.. waiting.. Called the clinic 1 week after - NOBODY EVEN LOOKED AT MY X-RAY ! Absolutely useless !

Terrible clinic!! Rude receptionist! I made an reservation thru bonjoursante, my time is 5pm, and I saw doctor until 7pm! Why do they give the appointment time and have people wait for 2 hours?? It is cheating! I will never come back to this clinic for sure!

Horrible, horrible experience. Both the receptionnist and the doctor were very rude. Doctor barely looked at me and dismissed me under 3 minutes. Did the same with all patients before me. Obviously doesn't care and just want to get rid of patients

Very bad clinic. You can book your appointment for a specialized MD ("ophtalmologist") several weeks before your consultation for a clearly defined time, but you will have to wait at least an hour. The consultation indeed lasts no more than 5 minutes. You are forced to pay a 20$ fee and you are only told about this when you arrive at the clinic on the day of your appointment (and NOT when you book it, weeks before), for medicinal drops which are not even used!

Nice Building but very worst clinic. Not at all customer friendly. The phone registration is a junk system. I tried few times and it disconnects, when I went there directly at the reception they simply said call at this number. Even if you got an appointment at a specific time, you will again need to wait for more than 1hr. The doctors will ask you questions without any reaction to even what you are saying. Very bad management and staff.

very nice building and as usual doctors who only see you for a maximum 5 min. you can get a better diagnosis done by yourself describing symptoms and googling them . phone service does not work , cannot take a simple appointment per phone as the line cuts . when you try and explain they tell you again - call for an appointment - well that is the point - IT DOES NOT WORK !!

PRENDRE RDV !!!!! QUE DE PATIENCE L'ON DOIT AVOIR CAR LES LIGNES SONT CONSTAMMENT OCCUPÉES ET LES BOITES VOCALES PLEINES, NE PERMETTANT PAS DE LAISSER UN MESSAGE. APRÈS AVOIR ATTENDU PAS MOINS DE 15 MINUTES EN LIGNE, LE SYSTEME ME COUPE LA LIGNE EN DISANT DÉSOLEZ BOITE PLEINE. C'EST QUOI ÇA ???? JE VEUX UN RENDEZ-VOUS CETTE ANNÉE.
