    Worst Customer Service.

    I was lost, and only knew the the name of the mall and the shop I was at. Nevertheless, Taxi Coop "can only pickup customers at given addresses", and refused to pick me up. Very unimpressed by the customer service.

    I booked a van to...

    I booked a van to take me to the airport at 1 am, and they called me at 1h30am to tell me sorry !!! They don't have a van available !! What a service !

    Never call

    I called this company because I was at a taxi stand that belonged to them at a mall but there was no taxi at the stand. The taxi did not show at the stand as I asked but some 50 feet at another entrance to the mall. By the time I got to the taxi he had taken another customer (the driver did admit he was there for me). So the driver left me there with all my package. If you want to get to your destination, don't call this company, you never know if they will show-up.
