    This was the WORS...

    This was the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL moving company I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to do business with. I spoke to Serge and booked two movers several months before my desired moving date. I was told that I would be the first client of the day and should expect them to arrive for 8:30am. A few days before my scheduled moving date I called the company phone number and this time spoke to John Beal. He seemed unsure of my scheduled time and told me he would call me back. Finally, I heard back from him and he confirmed that I would be their second client of the day and that I could expect the movers to arrive at 11:00am instead. Moving day comes along and the movers are late. I call the company phone. John Beal's young son answers and tells me his father is sleeping and is unavailable to answer at 12:30pm. John calls me back at 1pm and tells me he'll have Serge call me. Serge ends up stringing me along all day telling me they should arrive there within the next hour or so every time I call to find out what's going on. Finally, at 4pm that evening I call Serge and explain that they are 5 hours late and that their inaccurate estimations all day have been unacceptable. Not once did anyone contact me to apologize for the inconvenience they were causing me. They explained that the movers can't control what type of a job the previous costumer asks for. They explain that if the first costumer of the day asks them to move their girlfriend as well or asks them to move additional items they weren't expecting then that is just the way things go... The second costumer is required to wait the time it takes. The only solution that Serge and John offered me was to cancel my moving appointment. Finally I decided not to continue doing business with them.
