I have been a client of Animal 911 for almost 3 years. My dog had lots of ongoing health problems. He was limping, scratching a lot and often had diarrhea. I was referred to Animal 911 by my wife’s friend and I am sure glad I went. Since his first visit he started feeling better, he no longer has diarrhea (what a relief), he no longer scratches and I can sleep at night, and his limp is much better. All the staff I have seen was caring and welcoming and the doctors took the time to explain everything. The facility is impressive and gorgeous. Keep up the great work!
Always waiting on hold! I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for 7 minutes. hung up called and back to be placed on hold for another 7! finally got through to make an appointment with a note to have a room ready for the appointed time as my dog is a rescue dog and very aggressive with other dogs. appointment day comes. i call to inform the receptionist that i am outside and wanted to know the status of the room for my dog and was placed on hold for 10 minute intervals! 3 calls of 10 minutes hold time each later to be tols "oh you are the person waiting for the room one minute please"!!!!! I left and went home!
Doctors may provide good service but not worth the wait or the stress of getting past the receptionist. NEVER AGAIN
We would like to thank Animal 911 for all the fantastic work they do. We started going to Animal 911 over twenty years ago with our cat Teddy. To this day, we are still receiving outstanding medical care and service (now for our dogs) from everyone that works there. We always feel more then welcomed and cared for whenever we visit. The staffs extremely knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain results in lament terms that us everyday non veterinary people understand. We never leave feeling confused or left in the dark. This is definitely a clinic that is in it for the animals 100%.
